SteadyMD has worked closely with HealthNote for the past 6+ months and I can’t emphasize enough how much they have streamlined our intake process. What used to be a long tedious manual process is now more automatic thanks to a secure user-friendly interface that syncs patient information and even survey results directly to Athena. Now checking in patients is literally as easy as a click of a button. They even help to customize intake forms to best suit the needs of our patients, different types of appointments, and what aligns best with our practice. An added bonus is their tech team is just one email away and you can set up a meeting with them that works best with your schedule if you need further assistance or need to address a more complicated request.

Health Note has been amazing for my practice. I’m closing notes by the end of patient appointments. I haven’t done a patient note after five or on the weekends since we onboarded. Additionally, the application is user-friendly. Patients are more organized for appointments. The application teaches patients pertinent health care information prompting them to consider timing, duration, severity of symptoms prior to arrival. Finally, the Health Note team is responsive and pleasant. Questions and modifications are made in a timely manner. All-around super happy customer!

I love health note for the simple fact that as an MA, we are given many jobs to do and a short time to do it. With Health Note it cuts down the time it takes to room a patient almost in half. Rather then listening and inserting information given by a patient, i am just reviewing information pre-submitted by a patient. Of course this is just one great example of how health note helps save time.

We are a private specialty clinic and have used Health Note for about a year. Their digital forms have made both virtual and in-office appointments much easier for our front end staff and patients. Previously we were sending .pdf forms through encrypted email and invariably we would spend significant time daily troubleshooting electronic transmission issues as well as document management and data entry. Now we get even more information (medical hx, consent forms, insurance, DL, etc.) in a consistent easy-to-read format that pushes straight to the patients chart and/or encounter. We have a diverse demographic and have not had an issue with patients navigating the app. The team at Health Note are very responsive, competent, friendly, and helpful. We have enjoyed working with them all. Health Note also continues to build functionality which benefits our practice and ultimately our patient’s experience.

TEN STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My RNs used to spend hours entering patients’ medications, medical history, surgical history, and review of systems. My registration staff spent hours entering in the demographics and insurance information. My providers spent hours entering the history of present illness and verifying all of the information. Now, patients enter their own information on their computers at home before their visits OR on the iPad in the waiting room before being triaged. Every follow-up visit requires an update of their information to maintain the most accurate record of care. The patients enter in their updated information for us. Thus we get to focus on the chief complaint while monitoring comorbidities and concomitant medications. Because of Health Note, we can triage patients x 10 faster, which makes my staff much more efficient. My patients are more satisfied to have less wait time and all of us experience a much less stressful day. This has reduced burnout by the staff as well. The time I have saved using this product allows me to redirect my staff towards more direct clinical care and other important tasks. This company has been such a joy to work with, and they have saved my company tens of thousands of dollars. The product is not at all expensive and they are always available to build the interface to my exact specifications. They are efficient and a PLEASURE to work with. I have asked for 100 edits as we have gone live and they have never hesitated to deliver me a perfect product.

Health Note delivers what they promise! It is user friendly and very easy for adult patients of all age groups to complete. On the clinical side, it has drastically improved clinic flow and efficiency. Wait times have been reduced and we are able to see more new patients.
